bruh "free to use" Monstercat release on Newgrounds and a goddamn free download enabled right in the upper right screen... bitch am I dreaming?

I really love the very uplifting feeling of this song. From start to finish, unlike some uplifting trance songs, you do NOT need to skip parts. Although in this song you shifted away from your usual glitch hop in pentatonic scale/eastern like melodies, you are so adaptive in this genre.

Heard this in a YouTube video and it sounded soooo familiar and nostalgic, I'm glad someone commented it's from Impossible Game and found this masterpiece again after few years.

I listened to this when I found it last 8th grade, along with the other hidden gems in Xmillsa(?). I knew it's gonna be a great song after I heard the first few notes and measures. Imma be in college next year, so, listening to this gives me some heavy nostalgia. This song has a special place in my heart.

I accidently tapped the stars here in mobile view and i cant undo wtf it so i decided to put this up. A review for this song stored in my head since 2015:

It is very good. Really lovely! Perfect song for cheering up. Love the harmony/descants' placing and anything else, especially the vocal chops at 2:34. (Makes me think of anything cute dancing around) The melody is kawaii, groovy, unique and godly incomprehensible -- fell in love within few measures. ^_^ Im disappointed it isnt getting much views. I keep listening and I couldnt keep my headphones down!~

Phantom Sage - Hollow [NCS Release]
Also to add, Phantom Sage is not signed in NCS anymore, so more copyright threats if NCS deletes Sage's songs

Sorry for scrolling through the NG time machine and found some 2000's submission through a userpage's audio faves. This is really sounding great even it is so old (In the beginning, is it the "aah" choir patch 52 in a general .sf2 file playing there?) Through this I knew you have your own style and genre using specific beats and rhythms even long before. Thumbs up on this.

I really like the melancholy theme of this. Suits for a video game with a sad theme.

The atmosphere is very nice in this one. The chords, transitions, etc. are beautiful. One thing I can just say... it needs some variation. The ending and the beginning are the same.

+1 fan. I'm looking forward to your incredible music.

Thank you! Yeah, you're right, this track is kind of samey. Looking back, I'm not entirely happy with it. Thanks for your input! :)

This is r e a l l y beautiful. I just don't imagine galaxies drifting away from each other... this is very fitting to the endings of tragic fantasy films and budgeted video games. The high pitched pad synths added an extra layer of atmosphere. Though, technically there 'is no' chord progression, the uncertain sequence of notes is enough to make this composition has its own indescribable aura.

10 / 5 stars. One of the most beautiful songs I ever heard in my laif.

LawnReality responds:

Thanks! I'm happy you like it.
